Permanent role
Full-time (35 hours) Monday -Friday, occasional Saturday with a day back in lieu.
Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working

The role

As an Estate Agent you will be required to book and conduct viewings, qualifying and presenting offers to our sellers, and supporting purchasers and vendors through the conveyancing process.

Redwing specialise in Leasehold and Shared Ownership property sales. While previous experience in those transactions is not essential, we do require an individual who is excited about learning more about this specialism and be willing to stay informed of legislative changes in that sector.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be communicating with customers and solicitors, updating CRM systems and identifying further opportunities for the business. You will be required to travel across the North west to conduct viewings in the various areas we operate.

The right fit

Prior estate agency experience is essential for this role.
You will ideally have at least 2 years of experience working in an estate agency or similar role with a passion for property and customer service.
Ideally you would have your NAEA qualification but if not, we would support you in gaining that as the salary is banded, with the higher band paid on qualification.
You will need experience in meeting targets and deadlines.
You must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
You will need the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing requirements.
