The role

As the Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Sales team, acting as the right hand to the Sales Manager and helping to drive the success of our department. You’ll manage a high‑quality pipeline, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and build strong, lasting relationships with both vendors and buyers.

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Negotiator who’s ready to take the next step. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious, proactive, and motivated by working within a premium property environment.

To excel, you’ll be confident, articulate, and able to build trust quickly. You’ll bring proven experience in a fast‑paced estate agency, thrive under pressure, and handle a busy workload with ease. Being target‑driven and commercially minded is essential.

 

The right fit

  • We're seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator who brings energy, professionalism and proven estate agency ability. Previous industry experience is essential, but we're far more interested in performance, attitude and potential than simply years in the role. 
  • 4 years estate agency experience within sales preferred, although candidates with less experience will be considered with proven results.
  • Candidates should be confident handling applicants and vendors, negotiating sales and identifying opportunities to generate mortgage and conveyancing referrals through outstanding customer service. 
  • Shared Ownership Knowledge is advantageous. 
  • NAEA is desired, if not currently obtained - would need to be achieved within first 12 months of starting.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Access to own vehicle is essential.
